Return Policy

UK buyers:

Prints: Prints are made to order and cannot be returned due to 'buyers remorse'. 

Original paintings: In the event of artwork or frame arriving damaged please save original packaging, take photos of the packaging & any damage, then email these photos to me within 3 days of receipt. I will contact you directly to discuss next steps.

Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy or have changed your mind, please contact me within 7 days, stating why you would like to return or exchange the piece. Return shipping is covered by the purchaser unless the item was damaged. The piece must be returned in perfect condition and sent via recorded, insured delivery and a refund will be paid once it has been checked if agreed.
